The owner made an effort to call my husband and personally apologized and made it right with us. He was very professional and felt terrible and i so appreciate the fact that he reached out. We will give their company a second shot. True professionalism. Thank you!

I truly hate leaving poor reviews. We chose this company based off their amazing reviews. I was very sick when we first bought our new home and my husband suggested we just hire someone to clean for us. I agreed, so he hired Inside Out Cleaning. The house was empty, nothing here except a few small things like shower rods and curtains, garbage cans, a tv console. When he first came to inspect their cleaning job, he noted that counters had not been wiped, shelves had not been wiped, specific walls we paid to have cleaned and baseboards still were filthy.  The previous owners had a dog and there was just dog hair everywhere. There were drawers that hadn’t been cleaned, the top of the fridge and freezer was disgusting, dog hair everywhere- even in the icebox! The laundry room still had soaps on the cupboards inside and out. If you ran your hands over counters and shelves you’d come up with filth, they hadn’t even been touched. He asked them to come back the next day after sending photos, and they came. We came to inspect again the day after but I came with this time. I’m a clean freak, and this was not even close to what I’d expect from a professional cleaning service that I  just paid $570. I was sick, and had to go through and clean over everything they missed. It was disheartening, but we didn’t bother asking them to come back. They refunded us $150, but I would not use them again. The doors all had dog hair, had not been touched, the areas we sent photos still had not been cleaned. The laundry room got cleaned, they re-cleaned the bathrooms. But the counters, baseboards, shelves etc had not been gone over again. On top of all that, the shower rod and curtain, and small garbage cans all went missing. Great customer service from scheduling and the team who came for our deep cleaning was great! They were very patient with our barking puppy and worked great around everyone while we were home. I have used this company for over 4 years.  When I moved from Verrado to Anthem, I had them take care of the moveout cleaning and the cleaning for my new home.  I use them once a month and the people are professional and friendly, very responsible and on time.
